SHIPPING POLICY

We are one of the only businesses in the adult pleasure industry that ships all of our products to you discreetly and, not to mention – free. We process, ship, and deliver our packages Monday – Saturday via USPS. Our typical delivery time frame is within 5-7 days – we move quickly so that we don’t stand in the way of your needs. At this time, we ship only in the US for free. International shipping is also discreet though. For questions, please reach out to our customer support.

During checkout you certify you are providing the correct shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping address for errors before processing any orders. We can not be held responsible for products shipped to the wrong address due to input or customer error. As we ship all orders within the first 24 hours after the orders are placed, we have a no-cancellation policy when the purchase is processed in our system. We are also not liable for lost packages in the mail or stolen packages. As our return policy is that we need to receive the item back for you to get a full refund.
